During the race please DO NOT come up to the booth to ask what your time was, where you are placing, etc. When we have 25 people come in and ask questions it increases our chances for making a mistake in the payout or placings - especially during our larger added money races. We can create enough of our own distractions during a race, please don't give us anymore. New policy - 5 second penalty for anyone that comes in the announcer's booth while the race is going on! Just kidding, but please do be respectful and wait until after the race to ask what your time was or other questions unless they are of EXTREME importance and will immediately affect the outcome of the race. We thank you for your cooperation with this.
Please when you are riding around in the arena prior to the race and the barrels are up, please do not school your horse on them. Help support the club and buy a time only or wait until the conclusion of the race.
Entries: Please bring cash to the races when entering. (Exact fees are even more appreciated!) We know you like to receive cash back when you win, and we like to do a cash payout, but if several people pay with checks it makes it very difficult do do so. You can always pay your membership fees with a check.
Timer Malfunctions:Although every effort is made to ensure the timer is working properly for each and every run, unfortunately timer malfunctions can occur. Here is the PCBRA policy regarding what happens should a timer not work during a run.
Re-runs:
Re-runs may be granted for special circumstances at the discretion of the Board of Directors. A re-run may also be granted for a time malfunction (see above, or rules and regulations). A re-run will not be granted for the following:

- The contestant can choose to run again in the following drag, or may wait until the end of the race
- If the contestant does not wish to make their re-run, they will forfeit all entry fees. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
- If the contestant does choose to make another run and they hit a barrel on their second run they will receive a "no time".

Re-runs may be granted for special circumstances at the discretion of the Board of Directors. A re-run may also be granted for a time malfunction (see above, or rules and regulations). A re-run will not be granted for the following:
- If the contestant's horse deviates off pattern because of something either inside or outside the arena.
- If they pull up during their run FOR ANY REASON without being told to do so by the announcer.
- If a piece of the contestant's equipment should fail (ex. bridle or cinch breaks)
